Using our proprietary software system, ValeTracâ„¢, we can monitor every facet of our onsite operations including detailed records of each vehicle, its arrival time, departure time, whom it was parked by, parking location, any pre existing damage, as well the specific location a guest may be visiting. By identifying peak periods we are able to better forecast and plan for consistently heavier traffic periods. This is particularly useful in determining usage in shared valet environments. The system also monitors ticket numbers and creates alarms for missing keys when deviations in ticket numbers occur.

ValeTracâ„¢ will build a database of individual traffic patterns and can relate that information back to your management for your internal use.
