Universal Parking has developed cutting edge technology, further setting us apart in our industry. Using our proprietary software system, ValeTrac™, we can monitor every facet of our onsite operations including detailed records of each vehicle, its arrival time, departure time, whom it was parked by, parking location, any pre existing damage, as well the specific location a guest may be visiting. By identifying peak periods we are able to better forecast and plan for consistently heavier traffic periods. This is particularly useful in determining usage in shared valet environments. The system also monitors ticket numbers and creates alarms for missing keys when deviations in ticket numbers occur.

ValeTrac™ will build a database of individual traffic patterns and can relate that information back to your management for your internal use. Reports can be developed and generated by a limitless number of queries. We invite clients to work hand in hand with our team to tailor specific reports to reflect the site specific needs. Customized reporting will allows clients to view detailed aspects of the parking services and the revenue derived through the service.
